From booking to key box

Four steps and you are on the road. Here you can see exactly what happens from the moment you book until you have the key.

Benny confirms by e-mail

Benny checks that a van is available and e-mails you whether you have got a van. The booking is only final once you have received that e-mail.

  • Whether you have got a van
  • What we need from you, e.g. a photo of the driver's licence and the renter's health insurance card

You get the rental contract

We fill in the rental contract with your details and send it to you, so everything about the rental is in one place.

  • Renter, drivers and licence numbers
  • Van type, pick-up time and latest return time
  • The full payment with km, extras and deposit

Key box and code

The evening before, around 9 to 11 pm, you get an MMS with the key box number, the code and photos showing where the van is parked. The code is sent after payment.

  • The van can be picked up from 8:00 on the rental day
  • Return it by 7:30 the next morning in the same key box
  • Return the van with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up
  • Take photos when you return it
