Who we are

What data we store

When you book, we store the details you enter in the form:

• Name, address, phone and e-mail of the renter, and any company, school or club
• Name and licence number of the driver and any 2nd driver
• Dates, pick-up location, van type, km, excess, payment method and any comments

Why

We use the data to process your booking, make the rental contract and document the rental. The data is only used for documentation and is never sold.

How long

When you book, you accept that we store your data for up to 60 months according to the rules of the Danish Road Traffic Authority.

Where the data is stored

The booking is sent from the website (Cloudflare) via Make.com to our booking sheet and rental contract in Microsoft OneDrive and to our e-mail in Gmail. The data is not stored anywhere else.

Tracking of the vans

The vans have a tracking system. In case of misuse, the van is collected at the customer's expense (1000 kr).

Maps on the website

The maps of the pick-up locations are shown from Google Maps. When you view a map, your browser loads it from Google.
